At Dr. Brandt Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of new or gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
